ENERGY/STRUCTURE KAUAI CAMP 2009

The official ENERGY/STRUCTURE Kauai Camp 2009 begins on the night of Wednesday and finishes on the evening of Monday.
(Five days of amazing training)
We fly in on Wednesday and check into the Salt Pond Beach Park (campsite west side of Kauai) and we check out the morning of Tuesday.
The training begins at sunrise.
Each of the next FIVE days begins with a morning meditation, followed by a quick breakfast and then off to the Dojo (training hall to reach enlightment) for three to four hours of training. During the afternoons we play tourist (Sun Tanning, hiking, snorkeling, surfing, shell picking, coconut hunting, and eating lots of fresh avocados)!
The Morning training will include: Sunrise Meditation, breathing exercises, centering and grounding drills
The Afternoon training will include: Filipino Martial Arts (Arnis/Escrima/Kali), exploring the energy and the structure of Martial Arts (Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Aiki) and much, much more.
Evenings will be spent reviewing what we learned that day followed after a Sunset Meditation.
We are planning to be there on Wednesday to set up camp.
The camp is closed on Tuesdays (if you are planning to go a couple of days earlier there are many other camps to choose from).
Investment: $300.00 / $395.00 after.
The camping cost is $3.00(USD) per person, per night.

RULES, REGULATIONS AND THINGS TO REMEMBER:
1. THIS IS A REALISTIC MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING CAMP.
2. NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION ARE ALLOWED DURING THE FIVE DAYS OF TRAINING. (SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS)
3. BE MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY PREPARED FOR A GREAT TIME.
4. BRING YOUR RATTAN STICKS AND OTHER TRAINING GEAR.
5. TOWELS AND LOTS OF T-SHIRTS (NO SHIRTLESS TRAINING ).
6. SHORTS, SOCKS, TOOTH BRUSH, COMB, ETC....
7. TENT, SLEEPING BAG, PILLOW AND SO ON....
LET'S HAVE LOTS OF FUN AND GET READY FOR THE BEST TRAINING OF THE YEAR.
